How to make immunity stronger?

I have been getting sick more frequently with flu and cold. I don't use to get sick as easily before. I think I am getting weaker. Can you suggest any vitamins and foods to boost my immunity.

      Flu and cold is very common especially in the winter season that you catch very easily. First think you must do is to get flu shot. Additionally, there are various foods and supplements which helps to prevent cold and boost your immunity as well. 
      
      • Eat citrus fruits such as Grapefruit, Orange and lime. These are rich source of vitamin C which helps to boost immunity.
